It all began in 2021, when I had my first açaí bowl while studying abroad in America. I was hooked from the first spoonful. Cold, healthy, and utterly delicious enjoyment? Every city I visited after that became a quest to fuel my new obsession. Along the way, I learned what makes a good bowl and what makes an "incredibowl"—the perfect combination of flavours, textures, and colours. Unknowingly, I was gathering all the knowledge needed to create something of my own.
When I got back to the UK, I tried to find something that would recapture that feeling but everything just fell short of the magic that I experienced. Back home in South London, I realized many people hadn’t even heard of açaí. I’m honoured to now share the true joy of an açaí bowl with my neighbourhood and beyond!
