Let us know if you are experiencing problems with a centrally managed teaching room or need help with equipment. Please contact us yourself while in the room.
Reporting a fault
For urgent issues, please contact us on the TAMU helpline.
At busy times calls may be queued but we will do our level best to answer all calls for help as soon as possible. If an LRAT technician needs to attend then they will be with you within 10 minutes, if you are teaching in a room with failed equipment.
Please only use email for less-urgent issues.
