Here are the features and fixes included in the latest website release on Wednesday 7 December 2022.
New features
Content types and entries (applies to /news /study and /jobs sections)
- News article - in the 'more in' and 'related' sections, a play icon now appears on all articles that are video articles
- Footer - Birmingham Day Nurseries link updated, Commonwealth Games logo removed
- News listing page - hard coding of page location removed so that a location can now be supplied in the site tree. Page title and description can now be edited too.
- News listing page - a new CTA box is now available on the RH side on desktop and below the listings on mobile
- News listing page - a play icon now appears on all video articles
- Header options on standard content - minimal header has been removed, colour block header should be used instead
Contensis Classic (applies to rest of site)
- Footer - Birmingham Day Nurseries link updated, Commonwealth Games logo removed
- Course pages - a Pathways to Birmingham statement can now be added to the entry requirements section of all UG course pages. This appears above the international requirements section and is editable via a localisation.
- Course pages - PG courses can now display different 'how to apply' text for PGT and PGR courses. These are editable via two new localisations.
Bug fixes

- News article (video) - an additional comma has been removed from below the video
- News listing page - filters now stack on mobile, keyword search field can be used more than once without refreshing the page
