My Story: My passion for coaching and inspiring others started during my studies when I actively supported fellow students through Birmingham Nightline and the Guild of Students. Mentoring over 60 students ultimately inspired me to launch my own coaching practice.
Company Mission: At Coaching with Eesa, my mission is to help students achieve their potential, find purpose, and live with balance during their university years. This is achieved through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and online content. I firmly believe in the transformative power of coaching to improve lives, and my goal is to share it with as many young people as possible.
Next Phase: Coaching with Eesa is in the concept validation phase and has begun generating revenue. While some UK universities offer coaching services, the majority do not. Therefore, the next step is to establish additional contacts and secure meetings with university staff responsible for student experience, services, or wellbeing. My aim is to demonstrate how coaching can significantly benefit both the institutions and their students.
