UpList is a one-stop and multi-purpose ecosystem for all student services as a localised and tailored work marketplace, supporting the student economy and local businesses. This start-up has been founded by University of Birmingham graduate Joseph Barling.
Joseph's story:
The inspiration behind UpList was from seeing people posting on Fab N Fresh for services from other students, and there not being a bespoke website for student freelancers and small businesses to sell directly from. Website development has been primary task and obstacle to begin with. By joining UoB Elevate I hope to network with like minded people and continue to build entrepreneurial skills to help develop the business.
